Coach Ray Hardin is in his 10th year at Dodge County High School. He is a graduate of Dodge County High School where he played football for four years. 

Coach Hardin attended Cameron University and has a degree in Health and Physical Education.  He has 21 years experience and he teaches health, P.E. and Drivers Ed. He has served as the head baseball coach and is presently serving as assistant head coach and linebacker coach for the Indian football team.  He will also serve as the head football team strength and conditioning program and he will be an assistant track coach.

He is married to Kimberly and they have three children, Nikki, Kelli and Cameron. He also has three grandchildren.
